JHT Series

The JHT Series is an engineered system that provides an after-cooler, refrigerated air dryer, separator/filter, after filter and drain valve in one unit. Cool, dry and clean your compressed air supply in one, compact easy-to-use package.

Accepts hot compressed air (up to 80oC inlet) directly from the air compressor

Separator/filters remove liquid water and particulate contaminants down to 10 microns Unique heat exchanger

Precooler/reheater design saves money and energy

Environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant Easy to read colour indicator

 

How it works? When saturated air enters the air cooled aftercooler, water vapor condenses into a liquid for removal at the separator in an automatic drain. The air is then cooled by an evaporator where it is cooled by refrigerant being controlled by an expansion valve. Water vapor condenses into a liquid for removal at the separator by an automatic drain. The cold, dry air is reheated as it passes through the reheater. This prevents pipeline sweating.
